Paula Lane (born 17th April 1986 in Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire) is an English actress who portrayed Ella Forster in Emmerdale from January 2024 to April 2025.
Best known for her role as Kylie Platt in Coronation Street, Lane has also appeared in Doctors, The Royal, Call The Midwife, Father Brown, City 17, Heartbeat, War Wounds and Going Postal.
Lane married fellow actor Tom Shaw in Leeds Cathedral in May 2014, and in late December 2014, she give birth to the couple's first child, a son whom they named Arthur. In July 2016, the couple welcomed their daughter Penny Grace. In August 2025, she announced that she was expecting a third child with husband Tom which is due in December 2025.
