Pollard's Factory was a factory built near Wishing Well Cottage in 2001, owned by Eric Pollard. The Dingles agreed to have the building located on their property as long as they were paid to build the building and Lisa was offered a job.
In 2008, the business was suffering financially. Eric tells Sam that he wished the place went up in smoke after having to let all the workers go when there is no contracts. Sam took this seriously and got Eli Dingle and Gennie Walker to help him burn it down. Eric was shocked when Sam admitted but forgave Sam and the business was relocated to The Grange storeroom in the basement. However, owner Terry Woods got angry with all the noise and kicked them out. With nowhere to go, the company was dissolved.
