An unnamed prosecution barrister was present during Mark Bails's trial for sexual crimes on Charity Dingle in September 2018. The prosecution barrister cross-examined Bails, questioning why he lied in his police statement - and posing the question of how he could be trusted now. She also questions why a married 25-year-old man would have a relationship with a 14-year-old girl. She was also present during Bails' sentencing, where he was sentenced to thirty years imprisonment.
