Rachel was a nurse who was working on reception at Hotten General Hospital in May 2018 when Harriet Finch and Vanessa Woodfield asked after Irene Stocks. The nurse was sour towards the pair and told the pair that she couldn't disclose patient records. The pair then informed her that she was a midwife, to which the nurse told them that she wasn't in that day. They visited her the next day and the nurse, continuing to be sour towards them, went and got Irene for them.
