Ross Kemp

Ross Kemp (born Ross James Kemp, 21st July 1964 in Ilford, Essex, England) is an English actor and TV presenter, he is best known for his role as the mean, but heroic Grant Mitchell on the longest running BBC soap Eastenders between 1990 and 2006, Ross Kemp plays Staff Sergeant Henry 'Henno' Garvie in ITV's Ultimate Force from 2002-2008, as well as DC Jack Mowbray in Without Motive between 2000 and 2001 and he plays many movie roles like miserly Edward 'Eddie' Scrooge in 2000's ITV Christmas film A Christmas Carol, the honourable policeman Richie Liddie in Hero of the Hour, Harry Fielding in 2003's TV film The Crooked Man and 2004 TV film's World War alter ego, Gavin Hughes/Frank Perry in A Line in the Sand. He has many on-screen minor roles like Birds of a Feather, The Manageress, The Chief, London's Burning, City Central, Emmerdale, Extras and In Defence.

In mid 2006, Ross Kemp becomes a TV host with hard-edged recent investigations like Ross Kemp on Gangs, Ross Kemp in Afghanistan, Ross Kemp: In Search of Pirates, Ross Kemp: Extreme World and Ross Kemp: Back on the Frontline'.

He played Graham Lodsworth between 1986 and 1987.
