Sally Elizabeth Skilbeck was the daughter of Matt and Peggy Skilbeck.
Sally was born in 1973 along with twin brother Sam. Her mother died three months after her birth of a brain haemorrhage. Matt was unable to cope with the twins and so sent them away to live with his aunt, Beattie Dowton. On 13th January 1976, Beattie and the twins were killed when a train struck her car on a level crossing.
18 years later, in Episode 1857 (5th April 1994), Annie became a grandmother to Victoria Sugden and Jack said "Your first granddaughter" to Annie, forgetting Sally who had died in 1976. Unless Jack meant first living granddaughter as Sally had been dead 18 years by 1994.
