John Mistri was a doctor who performed an emergency caesarean on Charity Tate in March 2004 after she collapsed. John informed Debbie and Zak Dingle that both Charity and the baby survived but the baby is very little and will have a battle to survive. Noah was rushed back to the hospital later that month and John diagnosed him with Necrotising Entercolitis and informs Charity that he will have to undergo an operation, which he has only a 50/50 chance of surviving. Noah survived the operation.
John was initially created as "Sheeba Mistri" for his first appearance, with his other four appearances being credited as "John Mistri".
