Stephanie "Steph" Miligan is the estranged daughter of Caleb Miligan and Ruby Fox-Miligan and the older sister of Nicky Miligan.
Not much is known about Stephanie, but she was born on 1st January 1993, and hasn't been in contact with her parents for several years.
2024 to present: Arrival in the village[]
Steph first appears in the village on the 15th November 2024 when she arrives at Caleb Miligan International's opening in time to save her father, Caleb Miligan from Jai Sharma. She threatens to show a video of Jai attacking Caleb with a forklift to the police and Jai leaves.
Caleb is happy to see his daughter but Steph insists she is only there to get the money her grandmother, Helen Fox left her in her will. Steph then spends the night in the Grange with Ross Barton. She goes to her parents home at Apartment One, Mill Cottage to collect her inheritance but both Caleb and Ruby try to convince her to stay with Caleb offering her a job at the depot to keep her there. After a confrontation with her mother, which ends with Ruby slapping Steph, she storms out.
The next day Ruby apologises to Steph and Caleb reiterates his job offer but she is still adamant she isn't staying. However, after Ross steals a van from Caleb as part of a deal with Jai he finds Steph in the back. She says she won't tell the police and the two have sex in the van. Steph returns the van to the depot in front of Jai and Caleb, claiming she was taking it for a test drive, much to Jai's annoyance. He questions her story but Steph tells Caleb she is taking him up on his offer, which makes her Jai's boss. Steph then meets Chas Dingle, her aunt who was also at the depot to see Caleb. Steph and Chas go for a drink and get on well.
On the 19th November, it is revealed that Steph is in contact with her grandfather, Anthony Fox as he arrives in the village. Caleb and Ruby are both shocked and angry to Anthony again, but Steph insists that if Anthony leaves she will go as well. This continues to cause tension between Steph and Ruby, as Ruby refuses to forgive her father. Steph also continues a casual relationship with Ross.
