Sunita Batth was a solicitor hired by Victoria Barton to represent her husband Adam, who had been arrested for the murder of Emma Barton. The evidence the police had was DNA and hair found in Adam's car. The solicitor pointed out that Emma's son Ross may have transferred the hair and DNA onto Adam's car as he worked at the garage Adam's car was being serviced at.
