Hot Tony was a handyman that Leyla Harding called out to fix Eric Pollard's broken boiler in December 2015. Eric shooed Tony off when he arrived to fix the heating. Later that month Eric's son David Metcalfe called Tony out again and he fixed the boiler.
In February 2016, Tony was called out to Beauty & Bernice hair salon by Kerry Wyatt to fix a broken toilet, although she really wanted to set him up with boss Bernice White, who had an open marriage. He flirted with both Kerry and Bernice and gave Bernice his business card.
In May 2017, Tony was called out to fit security bolts to Eric Pollard's front door following his attack in David's Shop, and a week later to the Dingle's house to fix a leak and electrical fault.
