An unnamed trading standards officer was present during the Summer Fayre in July 1999. The day was a mess as Tricia Stokes tied Bernice Blackstock's beer tent to Jack Sugden's land rover, which fell over when Jack moved it. Eric Pollard then got Mandy Dingle in trouble with the trading standards officer, and whilst trying to hit Eric, she misses and whacks Stella Jones. Whilst being arrested, she also hit Angie Reynolds.
