An unnamed waiter was serving the guests at The Lodge House, the hotel Amos Brearly stayed at in January 1984. The waiter served Amos satay chicken liver, and Amos was pleased. Amos was unimpressed with their portion sizes, as the hotel kept track of the calorie counts. Amos was further annoyed when the waiter told him they didn't serve potatoes either.
